The Didactic Coordination Office is in charge of the general services of the Didactic area of the "Enzo Ferrari" Department of Engineering, from the planning and scheduling of didactic activities, to the support, guidance and tutoring services, from the coordination of information, for which it is the point of reference, to that of data collection and distribution procedures, inherent to the Department's activities. 

In addition, the office offers support to the Department's organs, instructing the files to be brought for discussion, manages relations with the central offices, acts in synergy with the Presidents of the degree programs in the drafting of teaching regulations and rules, collaborates in the drafting of the sections of the teaching competence, the minutes of the Department Council, the teaching schedules and consequent acts, coordinates special teaching projects and orientation activities, in collaboration with the Department Delegate and the central offices of the University.

The Instructional Coordination Office constantly interacts with a variety of figures, for whom it serves as a liaison and support, including student representatives, course liaisons, faculty, committees established at the Department level, the Department Secretariat, the Internship Office, and the central offices of the University.
