Since its inception in June 2001, the Internship Office, located on the second floor of the building where the classrooms of the Department of Engineering "Enzo Ferrari" (MO25) are located, has been in charge of organizing in-company training and orientation internships, all project activities carried out by students within the Department's laboratories, and since 2013, the management of the Department's Level I and II University Master's degree programs as well as Postgraduate Courses.

The creation of an ongoing network of relationships with local business realities has been a primary objective alongside the search for collaborations with companies/entities that cross the Italian border in 'view of the internationalization processes that the University is constantly seeking.

Of particular importance in this regard is the implementation of "agreements" with individual companies, aimed at the constant pursuit of training objectives and the maintenance of an effective University-Company relationship.
