MEltIngLab is a research group of the Department of Engineering “Enzo Ferrari” (DIEF) of the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia. The main research areas include analysis, modeling and optimization of electrical machines and drives, with a focus on design oriented to maximize sustainability and reliability goals of synchronous drives based on radial flow machines for industrial and traction applications.
